The apartment comes complete with a washer and dryer, free WiFi connection, and all utilities included. Just minutes walk away from old town Square. One month minimum (duration negotiable) would like to swap with someone living in Manhattan but am open to somewhere close. Even would be interested in swapping or renting out the apartment to responsible and trustworthy people in other places around the world. Need a place with an elevator or no stairs. I am even open to subleasing the apartment on a month-to-month basis for a reasonable price.
