| Higher Education Equality Unit, Cork University, Ireland The HEEU was established to promote equality of access and opportunity in Irish Higher Education institutions, for both staff and students. It was disbanded in 2003 but it produced a range of publications including Proceedings from the conferences it has hosted, a report on childcare in third-level institutions and a set of recommendations to address racism and discrimination directed at minority ethnic groups in higher education.
