Our Mandate is to raise public and political awareness on issues concerning persons with disabilities. Our goal is to promote full participation and equalisation for persons with disabilities.
We are committed to:
* Lobbying government at all levels on policies affecting persons with disabilities
* Promoting awareness through media, lectures, seminars and training courses
* Sharing information and self help skills that will improve the socio-economic status of persons with disabilities
* Supporting activities to foster better health and sporting opportunities for persons with disabilities.
Our non governmental, non-profit, organization works at the national level.
Our organization is 100% run, controlled and represented by disabled people.
People planning to come to our city are welcome to contact us to find out about accessibility and services in our town. We may be able to help with information.
